Crabtree Photography will be taking
spring portraits on March 19th.

BEFORE PHOTO DAY

Payment with cash, check or money order.

• Order forms will come home with students on March 5. Please have your order form filled out completely, with exact payment sealed in the envelope. The student will turn this in on photo day.

Place your Pepay order securely online by following the steps below.

• Online ordering is OPEN March 5, and will be CLOSED 48 hours after photo day!

• Enter your students first, last name, and grade. If you have more than one student AT DEERFIELD, you may enter their information as well. This is how we will match the photo to your order.
  
• Choose your package for the first student, and/or add-on items, add to your cart.
• Repeat the process if you have more than one student.
• Click on your cart, and complete the check-out process.
• You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order. If you do not, please call the Crabtree Photography office (765) 747-6971 to check the status of your order. There's no need to bring any paperwork with you on photo day! When you receive the email confirmation, we have received your order!
• After the 48 hours, your order may be subject to additional fees.

The Mobile Dentist will be coming to Deerfield on Wednesday, April 2nd to provide dental cleanings and other preventative care to our students. This is a voluntary program and only those students who have a completed permission form will be seen. This service is provided by a pediatric dental team. The Smile Programs are able to take insurance and Medicaid/Hoosier Healthwise as well as provide care for families who may need financial assistance to cover dental care. If you wish for your child to be seen by the dentist please fill out the permission form and return to school by Friday, March 14th. If you have any questions about this program or you are in need of another form, feel free to contact me at your child’s school. If your student was seen by the dental team in the fall they will automatically be seen this time, you do not need to return the permission form.
