Ball's Bluff families,

I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has supported our events this year. Thanks to your participation, we have raised $483.00 during our Spirit Night events in just two short months! We couldn’t achieve this without our wonderful families. A special thank you goes out to Mike, our Spirit Night Chair, for organizing these successful evenings. We look forward to seeing you at our next Spirit Night on October 23rd!

Have you signed up for the Trunk or Treat on October 28th? I purchased my family's ticket on Tuesday and can't wait to announce the winner of the car decorating contest alongside Casey and Payman, our Trunk or Treat Chairs! We currently have 82 registered to participate!

The Watch D.O.G.S. Kick-off is THIS WEEK! Are you a dad who desires to be more engaged in your child's education? Join us this Thursday, October 17 to learn about the Watch D.O.G.S. volunteer program! The evening will begin with free pizza and activities to enjoy with your child. We will explain the program and invite attendees to be the FIRST to sign up for Watch D.O.G. volunteer openings at school. Bring your calendar!

Not familiar with the Watch D.O.G.S. program? Watch D.O.G.S.- Help us boost family and community engagement by volunteering with the Watch D.O.G.S. program! The program helps provide positive male role models for the students, demonstrating by their presence that education is important. Fathers, grandfathers, step-fathers, uncles, and other father figures are encouraged to participate. Participating volunteers will spend time in their child's classroom, along with having other tasks around school during their shift. Clubs continue this week. For our Tuesday programs, this is the LAST week. Thursday classes will continue through next Thursday, October 24th. Kindly remember that pick up is promptly at 4PM. If your child is absent or unable to attend, please email Marsha Kelly at asp@ballsbluffpta.com, and cc the ASP teacher.
