Spring Parent-Teacher Conferences- March 13th
At Mukwonago High School, strong partnerships between parents and teachers are essential for our students' success. Parent-Teacher Conferences will be on Thursday, March 13 from 4:00-8:00. The format for conferences is "drop in." Parents can have a discussion with any teacher on their child's schedule.
We encourage all families to check their child’s academic progress in Infinite Campus, as it provides real-time access to grades and assignments.
Building maps will be available at the door 4 and 5 entrances to help find teachers. Watch for signs on how to get from one location to the next.
We look forward to sharing feedback about your student’s progress this year!
See the staff locations sheet HERE.
ACT Corner
The free, statewide ACT test for all junior students is next Tuesday, March 11. ONLY JUNIOR students are to report to school no later than 7:30 AM that day.
A few tips from home to ensure success:
Make sure your student gets a good night of sleep (8-9 hours) the night before.
Encourage a well-balanced breakfast, and avoid excess caffeine and sugar to prevent crashing.
Ensure your student has a fully-charged Chromebook, writing utensil, calculator, snack, and water.
Identification is required upon entry. A driver’s license or school ID are both acceptable.
Make sure your student has completed the registration on My.ACT.org before testing.
Juniors will have one more Advisory on 3/10 to go over any last minute questions. The daily schedule, study tips, and additional resources can be found using the Advisory slides.

Staff Appreciation Week 24-25 Fundraiser Info:
About this fundraiser:
Day after day, the staff at Mukwonago High School goes above and beyond for our students. From in the classroom, to clubs, to sports, to extra curricular activities, to community events, the team of 120+ staff members offer unwavering support for our students. To show our appreciation for their hard work and dedication, the MHS Parent Organization is coordinating a lunch for all staff at MHS for Teacher Appreciation Week (May 5 - May 9, 2025). This luncheon will be made possible entirely through donations from families, students, and community members. Thank you in advance for your support.

To Donate to this campaign, click HERE. The last day to donate will be March 16 as we will need to know how much money we have at that point to plan the luncheon.
Direct Admit Wisconsin Program
Junior Families - The time is here for you to opt in or opt out to the Direct Admit Wisconsin program. Again, this program is a partnership with the University of Wisconsin system that streamlines the college application process for your child. If you choose to participate in the program, the district will share some specific information from your child’s record with the University of Wisconsin system. Then, the universities that are participating will be able to decide if they can offer your child a direct admission offer which will allow you to bypass the traditional application process. Details regarding the program can be found here.
This form will detail the specific information that the district will be sharing with the University of Wisconsin system if you choose to participate. Please read the form carefully in Infinite Campus and select your choice for opting in or out of the program. The deadline to opt in to the program is May 1, 2025. If you have questions regarding the program, contact your child’s counselor.
TPP Chromebooks:
MHS Library and I.T. Services support staff have noticed an exponential increase in the number of Chromebooks coming in for screen damage. Please remind your students to handle their devices with care as to avoid the mandatory $100 deductible for the screen replacement. For more information about our Damage Loss & Theft policy, please click this link.
Reminder to all students who are having issues with their devices, they should visit the MHS Library to arrange for service. They will receive a temporary replacement device while theirs is being fixed. Devices don't always incur fees as they are allowed one accidental claim per calendar year (excluding chargers).
