Pleasanton Junior High School
February 2025
Vision Statement
Pleasanton Junior High aspires to cultivate success by building relationships and providing a high-quality learning environment for ALL students. #All means ALL
Mission Statement
Pleasanton Junior High motivates, supports, and empowers students. We inspire lifelong learners to become responsible citizens through accountability, inclusivity, understanding, and integrity.
We believe...
- All students can reach their full potential.
- That family and community involvement is the cornerstone of a successful education.
- Ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
This is the time of the year when students start to think about what classes they want to take next year and how they see their future. Supporting students as they transition from grade to grade in middle school is crucial for their success and well-being. Counselors, teachers, and families have the same goal to work together to ensure students feel heard and supported. As parents and guardians, it is excellent to encourage open dialogue for any questions or concerns about the next school year your child may have. Creating a supportive space helps students develop resilience and empowers them to navigate change with confidence and enthusiasm.

Some of our students competed against 60+ students from schools like, Somerset, Pearsall, Poteet, Jourdanton, Carrizo Springs, and more. Each student had to perform on their instrument independently for a panel of 3 judges.
