Your Weekly Update from Memorial Elementary School

February 7, 2025
Principal's Message
Dear Memorial Families and Caregivers:
I hope this message finds you well. As we move through February, I want to acknowledge that we’ve had a lot of illness circulating among both students and staff. Thank you for your continued efforts in keeping our school community healthy. Please remember to encourage good handwashing habits and keep your child home if they are feeling unwell. We appreciate your support in helping prevent the spread of illness.
I would also like to thank those of you who were able to attend our first Principal Coffee Chat today. Moving forward I will be sure to include a few touch points as reminders as I know you all have busy schedules. I continue to welcome the opportunity to connect to share ideas and feedback.
Looking ahead, February Break is just around the corner! School will be closed from Monday, February 17 through Friday, February 21. We hope everyone enjoys a well-deserved rest, and we look forward to welcoming students back on Monday, February 24.
As always, thank you for your partnership and support. If you have any questions or need anything, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Warm regards,
Troy Holding
Principal
