6 Week Series: Feb. 26 - April 4

Classes are Mondays & Thursdays at 11:30am

$30/Person Includes:

• Pre- & Post- Fall Risk Assessments
• 12: 30-40 Min Classes
• Drills to build strength, endurance, balance & coordination
• Exercises to maintain mobility & independence
• Fall Prevention Education
• Identification of Personal Fall Risk Factors

Presentation begins at 10:30am in the Community Room.

This Free Presentation Includes:

• Surgical expertise
• Non-surgical treatments
• Healthy living strategies

Join us for a fun afternoon in the Fitness & Aquatic Center pool, including toys, wibit and key log rolling! Includes a free cookie & coloring sheet.

• Fitness & Aquatic Center Members: Free! Register at the front desk by Feb. 13
• Non-Members: $6/person. Register online by Feb. 13.

Please note: an adult must be in the water with children ages 6 & under at all times and must pay admissions to attend the event. Ages 2 & under are free. Children ages 7-9 require adult supervision, but an adult does not need to be in the water with them. Adults who are not swimming do not need to pay to attend. Ages 10+ do not require adult supervision.

On Home Meet days, the ENTIRE Aquatic Center including locker rooms, Pools, Hot Tub and Sauna will close at 3pm. Please note: the pools & hot tub are closed from 12-3pm, Monday - Friday.
