CPS Parent Update
1st Week of School Wrap-Up
Welcome to the 2024-2025 School Year!
We have had a wonderful opening week here at CPS. It has been an absolute pleasure getting to know our new 6th graders and fantastic to see our 7th and 8th graders return after a fun filled summer. It's been a busy week setting strong foundations in routines, protocols and classroom expectations. We had a very successful fire drill on Wednesday and today we had our first all school assembly. Students were showing their school spirit while we reviewed school-wide expectations and introduced after school club opportunities. Please see below for more information.
We have some new protocols around breakfast and visitors coming to CPS. All students who will be having breakfast should sign up in the front office. Breakfast is served each day from 7:05-7:35am.
Additionally, all visitors coming into our school buildings must present a form of photo ID as a new protocol. Thank you for your understanding.
We look forward to partnering with you as we support you and your CPS student(s) this 2024-2025 school year.
