All parents and guardians of students in the Chillicothe R-II School District have access to the grades, attendance and other important educational information regarding their children through the Parent Portal.

When the Annual Online Registration Update opens on AUG 1, 2024, all parents of new and existing Chillicothe R-II students must complete the annual online registration update. They will access the online registration update by clicking on a link sent to their email once the online registration update opens. During the months of June and July, parents and guardians of new-to-the-district students must complete the basic online registration forms found at this link: New Student Registration. Once that is completed, parents of new students must come to the District office at 2807 Hornet Road to sign a Request for Records Form.

The Chillicothe R-II School District has a free app, which parents and guardians can download on their phones to catch the latest announcements and news. Once the app is downloaded, users can set their preferences of which school news and announcements they wish to receive. Look for "Chillicothe R-II Schools" in the Google Play or Apple Store to stay informed.

My Ride K-12, an app designed to help parents and the District's transportation department communicate more effectively, is now available. The app functions much like the Uber app and and will also provide a map of the bus route a parent's child is riding, the location of their bus and an approximate ETA to their bus stop. To sign your student(s) up for a bus route, please complete the appropriate form below. Elementary - K-5; CMS - Grades 6-8; CHS - Grades 9-12.

NOTE: The Chillicothe R-II Transportation Department will not be adding additional stops after the July 12th registration deadline. Those students registered after July 12th will have to use pre-existing stops which may be different from the stops established last year. Updates will be made to the routes after the first month of school.

Several sports camps and practices are held over the summer to help prepare Chillicothe High School athletes for the Fall and Winter 2024 seasons.
