Class Platform Issues
We recognize the frustration that recent login and technical issues with the Class platform have been causing for our students, families, and staff. We have been working closely with Class to resolve these issues as quickly as possible when they occur and also identify ways to minimize disruptions in the future.
If you experience issues logging into Class in the future, please follow the steps below (or in this video tutorial) to delete your cache and cookies:
- At the top right of the Chrome browser window , click the three vertical dots
- Select "Delete Browsing Data".
- In the drop down menu next to Time range, select "All time".
- Click the boxes next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files".
- Click the blue "Delete data" button.
- Try reloading the tab with the error.
- Restart your computer.
We recommend that moving forward, all students delete their cache and cookies on a weekly basis. (A great time to do this would be on Fridays, before logging out for the weekend!)
If the steps above do not help, please do the following:
- If you are in a live Class session, click the green shield in the upper left corner to access the Class support page where the Class Support Team can assist.
- If you are not in a live class session, submit a Class support ticket here.

Parent & Family Engagement Policy - Win School Swag!
Title I, II, III and IV are federally funded grants designed to help students reach high academic achievement. Insight PA participates in a school-wide Title Program. We value the importance of a strong home and school connection. In an effort to support this belief, we are asking for your feedback. This will help inform school administration about the effectiveness of our communication with parents and how to improve our Parent and Family Engagement Policy.
All families who complete the survey linked below by Sunday, December 22nd will be entered into a drawing for an item of their choice (up to $35) from our school store. Section two of the survey must be completed in order to be entered into the drawing.

Insight PA Education Foundation - Giving Tuesday
December 3rd is Giving Tuesday!
This year, the Insight PA Education Foundation is hoping to support Insight PA students' participation in FBLA competitions across the state, as well as our senior prom and graduation ceremony at the end of the year. If you are able, please consider making a donation to help the foundation empower our students and make a lasting impact in their lives!
Focus on Federal Programs
What is Title I?
Title I, Part A of the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), is a federal program that provides financial assistance to schools. This funding is used to provide additional academic support and learning opportunities for students at schools with high percentages of economically disadvantaged children. The program is intended to help ensure that all students meet or exceed challenging state academic standards.
The goals of Title I are to:
- Increase academic achievement
- Provide direct instructional support to students
- Provide professional development for teachers
- Promote parent and family education and engagement
Parent and Family Engagement
Insight PA believes that Parent and Family Engagement is of paramount importance to student success. Every Title I school, in collaboration with parents, must prepare a school level Parent and Family Engagement policy. The Parent and Family Engagement Policy describes how the school will involve families in an organized, ongoing, and timely way, in the planning, review, and improvement of the Title I program at their school.
Right to Know
This letter lets you know about your right to request information about the qualifications of classroom staff working with your child and information about student assessments given during the school year.
