Student MAP test information from last spring will be going out soon to your home mailbox. Please be on the lookout for this information.

Unified Sports are designed to bring together equal numbers of athletes with and without intellectual disabilities on the same team with others of similar skill levels. Special Olympics Unified® Sports in Lee's Summit include bowling, basketball, cheer, track and field and flag football. Unified Partners must be at least 8 years old to participate and up to their senior year.

Play alongside State Qualifying teams and individual athletes all the way to the State Indoor and State Outdoor games.

Ways to get involved! We want every BISON to love being a part of our school!

7th Grade Ancient World History classes joined together to participate in a primary source gallery walk. During the activity, students record and share observations and reflections on primary sources from American History. After they complete the gallery walk, students read and analyze secondary sources to learn context and background. This activity helps students think critically about how we learn and record history. It also helps students see why historians rely on a variety of sources to confirm what happened in the past.

We have two paraprofessional position openings at ETMS. If you know of anyone interested in working for the school district, please have them apply online (benefits, retirement, hours 7:55-3:25).

Applicants may indicate on the paperwork or in the interview that they would like to work at ETMS, yay!
