Hamilton Highlights

Quarter 2 is officially upon us! It's a little unbelievable that we have completed roughly 25% of our school year already. If these next nine weeks are anything like our first, we know we'll finish 2024 off on the best possible note.

You should have gotten notification of report cards already. However, if you haven't, they are available for your viewing in Progress Book. Please note that physical report cards will not be sent home.

All Hail Their Majesties!

Homecoming 2024 was an enormous success! Not only did our Ranger football team trounce Liberty Union, but we also got to bare witness the crowning of our 2024 Homecoming King & Queen in a pre-game ceremony. Congratulations to seniors Mark Norton and Enegue (Nage to us) Summerville! These two were selected by the student body to be honored this year. The crowns suit them, don't you think?

Homecoming 2024

Student Council hosted the Homecoming dance this past Saturday. The theme was Monster Mash, and we know our Rangers had a good, responsible evening. Check out some of our Rangers all decked out in their finest!

Building a Future

On October 10th, Juniors and Seniors from HTHS who have identified the construction pathway as an area of interest for them attended Build My Future Central Ohio. This was a one-day event for students to explore construction careers.While there, students got to experience interactive learning labs that provided hands-on opportunities to experience what their future careers can look like. Students also gained an understanding of the enormous variety of careers available in the construction industry. Students were made aware of THE HUGE OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE TO STUDENTS RIGHT OUT OF HIGH SCHOOL! Participating businesses provide information regarding “NEXT STEPS” students can take to prepare for this new “PLAN A” both during their high school years and immediately following graduation.

MSL CHAMPS!

Congratulations to our boys soccer team on being this year's MSL Champions. The team, led by coaches Sutherland, Mathews, and Pickens, proved themselves time and again on the pitch through drive, dedication, and tenacity. We are so proud of them for bringing the title home to HTHS!

Athlete of the Week

Our Jersey Mike's Athlete of the Week was awards to junior Taylor Rocker. Taylor is a member of both our cheer team and girls soccer team. Her hard work and unwillingness to give up makes her a standout. We're proud of you, Taylor!

Recognizing our Rangers

Today we recognized some of our Rangers who did an outstanding job during the first quarter academically. Some of these students earned a GPA that is off the charts, while others proved that they can be leaders in the classroom, and still more who showed significant improvement throughout our first nine weeks. Keep going, Rangers! We are proud of your hard work.

OSU vs. Michigan Football Tickets!
