Goooooood Morning #OneFamily!

The cold weather sure is here now! I hope you and your family had a great weekend and were able to do some fun family things despite the cold! Hang in there. Before you know it, we will be back in shorts again (can you tell I am a warm weather boy....I am trying to talk myself through the next few months too :).

Two more weeks fams! We got this. Almost 1 semester down! 9 more days and then you hopefully will have some time to reconnect as a family and slow down a tad.

Here is a rundown of the latest information to keep you in the know!

• Lock Down Drill: We are required to inform parents that we will be conducting a drill next week. Just a heads up.

• PTA Help: The PTA is asking for some volunteers for some upcoming events. If you can help with our Vendor Fair or provide a food item for our holiday staff luncheon, please click on the links below.

• Vendor and Craft Fair: Seize the opportunity to showcase your products at our 10th Annual Craft/Vendor Fair. You can email or mail in your applications with a Check or Cash or you can pay using this link. You can also scan and email your applications and any questions to to conwayespta@gmail.com or fill out the online form here.
  

• Want to run a club? We are looking to bring some great after school clubs for our kids. But, we need your help. If you have something that you are passionate about or have a unique talent that you would like to help consider teaching to kids, we would love to hear from you. We will have a staff member there with you as an advisor, but you would have the ability to teach kiddos. Please email Jessica Olesevich you are interested.
  

• Free or Reduced Lunch Application: If your family is in need of free or reduced prices for lunches, please visit this page for details on how to apply. Unfortunately, this is something that you have to redo every year. I believe you will have until the end of September to complete this form if they qualified last year. • Simplified Attendance Reporting: In our ongoing efforts to enhance efficiency and convenience, all attendance will now be reported using ParentVUE. This centralized platform will provide parents with a user-friendly, one-stop location to submit attendance updates quickly and easily for the entire family.
