Good Afternoon
Please review the important information below.
Gonzaga School Leaving Event 2025
Gonzaga's School Leaving Event will be taking place on Saturday, June 7th, 2025 from 4:30 pm - 10:00 pm at the Sheraton Hotel Newfoundland. There is a $125.00 fee for attending; this includes venue costs, decorations; photo opportunities, and buffet style food. There will be water available; however, no other beverages will be provided or available.
Gonzaga's School Leaving Event will begin with a Meet and Greet from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm at the Sheraton Hotel Newfoundland where graduates, their guests, family and friends will be invited to mingle in the lobby, ballroom and court garden where there will be multiple photo opportunities. Students and guests are asked to arrive at the hotel no later than 6:30 pm where, at that time, graduates and their dates only, will be invited to go to the ballroom where they will have additional photo opportunities, a buffet style meal, followed by some other activities and a dance with a DJ. There will be table set up for students to sit and eat; however, there will not be a formal seating arrangement. The event will conclude at 10:00 pm where graduates and their dates will be asked to exit the building. Students will have to arrange transportation for pick up. If students choose to exit the ballroom before 10:00 pm, they will not be permitted back into the ballroom.
We are hoping to obtain at least 3 photos from each graduate that highlights some of their best moments from their K-12 school years for a Through the Years slide show. We would like to ensure that all students are included in the slide show that will hopefully be shown at the School Leaving Event. We ask that students please upload 3 photos to the following Google form using their school nlesd email account: https://forms.gle/W7HJJtGHtnYydoCF9
To register for this event, please complete the registration form on Rycor through the PowerSchool parent portal. Deadline to register will be Friday, April 11th, 2025.
If you check the "My student WILL be attending the event" check box, the $125.00 fee (non-refundable) will automatically be placed in your online cart and must be paid immediately online through the Rycor online payment system. If students are bringing a date other than
another Gonzaga graduating student, then you must check the "My student WILL be bringing a date outside of the Gonzaga 2025 graduating class" check box. Once checked, an additional $125.00 fee will automatically be placed in your online cart. This form (and payment if attending) must be completed by Friday, April 11th, 2025 at which time this form will no longer be available.
