A message from the principal
Greetings Wilson Families,
As a school, we had a blast at our Apex Fun Run and walking in the Anoka Halloween "Big Parade of Little People" last week. We have now flipped the calendar to November and have another fun event coming up. On Thursday, November 7th, we'll be having our school-wide I LOVE TO LEARN night. This night will be a combination of reading, math and science activities. Join us from 5:00-6:30p with your whole family.
I am very proud of all the work our Whirlwinds have been putting into their learning. We will get to celebrate all of the learning on November 22, our last day of trimester 1 with our trimester celebrations. As we Some questions that adults at home can ask their student might be, "What was the most interesting thing you learned today?" or "What subject was your favorite today and why?" I am so proud of their hard work and learning each and every day.
Sincerely,
Chris Forrest

Monthly character focus
November is Gratitude month
Each month, with the help of our school social worker Amalia Page, our students will learn about and practice a monthly character trait. This month will be all about Gratitude. Ask your student throughout the month what they are grateful for and how they show gratitude at home and at Wilson.
