Jamie Delashaw - Class of 2023
Since graduating from Central Valley Charter School, Jamie Delashaw has embarked on an inspiring journey in the U.S. Navy. Currently an E-2, Jamie serves on an aircraft carrier, where she works with aircrafts and navigates the highs and lows of military life. Although the job has its challenges, Jamie has found camaraderie and forged lasting friendships along the way.
Jamie chose the Navy because of her deep love for the ocean, and her time at sea has offered some unforgettable moments, including sightings of dolphins and even a whale. Currently stationed in San Diego, Jamie plans to finish her military contract before pursuing her passion for healthcare as an EMT.
Reflecting on her time at Central Valley Charter School, Jamie shares, “Thank you. If it wasn’t for you guys and Yosemite Charter School, I wouldn’t be where I am today.”
We are so proud of Jamie’s service and look forward to seeing her continue to achieve great things in the future! She is well deserving of the Alumni Spotlight!
