📣A message from Principal Vaccaro
Panther Families:
We are looking forward to welcoming you to our upcoming Celebrations of Learning—a special event where students will proudly share their progress and accomplishments with you this week. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, please review the following guidelines carefully:
Important Reminders:
✅ Check-In Required: All adults must present physical, legal photo identification at the front office to enter the building. No digital copies or photos of IDs will be accepted.
🚫 Siblings: Due to space and supervision concerns, school age siblings are not permitted.
👥 Guests: Each student may bring a maximum of two guardians due to space within the classroom.
🎈 No Balloons or Food: Please do not bring balloons, outside food, or snacks.
👗 Dress Code: As this is a school event with children present, we kindly ask all guests to dress appropriately. Midriffs must be covered, and attire should reflect the respectful nature of the event.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us create a positive and respectful environment for all attendees. Thank you for your ongoing support, and we can’t wait to celebrate our students’ hard work with you!
Additional Reminders:
Student Drop Off:
We want to remind everyone that student supervision does not begin until 7:30 a.m. each morning. For the safety and well-being of all students, we kindly ask that children not be dropped off or left unattended before this time, as there are no staff members on duty to supervise.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and secure environment for all our students.
Lunch Visitors:
This week will be no lunch visitors this week. As we head into the final week of school, our schedule will be filled with special events, celebrations, and activities, which means we will not be able to accommodate lunch visits during that time.
We’ve loved having families join us this year, and we thank you for making lunchtime a special moment for your children.
🐶 No Pets on School Property
For the safety of our students and staff, dogs or other pets are not allowed on school property during arrival and dismissal. Please help us keep everyone safe by following this rule.
Thank you for your continued support. Let's make it a great week!
Thank you,
Nelly Vaccaro

TITLE ONE INFORMATION
Memorial Parkway Elementary is designated as a Title 1 school. All children in Title I schools benefit from additional technology, staff, and programs. Because there are more adults to help children, all children receive more individualized and small-group instruction. The goal of Title I services is to accelerate academic achievement so that all children meet or exceed state and federal standards of performance.
In addition to these extra supports, we know that parent and family engagement is also key in providing our students the best experience possible. Please read our Title 1 documents here:
