New Payroll Schedule
Starting with the September payroll, all hourly staff will be moving to a semi-monthly payroll. Please review the payroll schedules below and if you have questions, please reach out to the payroll department at payroll@libertyhill.txed.net
New Substitute Teacher Tracking System Roll Out
Red Rover will replace Frontline Absence Management starting in August 2024. Campus staff, look out for an email from Red Rover next week, which will include a brief training video to get you started. Moving forward, do not enter any absences into the Frontline System.
We're thrilled about this change and look forward to a smooth and efficient experience with Red Rover!

Catastrophic Sick Leave Bank Annual Enrollment!
The Catastrophic Sick Leave Bank (CSLB) is a benefit to assist employees in dealing with a medically certifiable catastrophic illness or injury as defined by DEC LOCAL policy, that forces employees to exhaust all forms of their paid leave and would otherwise result in a loss of income. CSLB is a collective deposit of one local leave day received from enrolling employees and subsequent contributions from members. All days deposited in the CSLB become the property of the CSLB and are no longer available for use by the individual employee as accrued leave.
To become a member of the CSLB, an employee must contribute one (1) local leave day. New employees may enroll in the Bank within 30 days of hire by depositing one (1) local leave day. Existing employees may enroll during the annual open enrollment.
Annual Enrollment in CSLB is only open for the month of August. Enroll today by completing this Google Form!
