Semester Exam Info and Reminders
Semester exams begin on December 17, and we wanted to remind you that lunch and study hall are optional for students on all exam days. Also, semester exams must be taken during the semester exam window (Dec 17-20). No exams are allowed to be given before December 17th.
If a student misses an exam for any reason, they can make it up during the study hall time designated during Final Exam Week or from Jan 7 - 17. Make-up exams must be scheduled with their teacher.
On Friday, there is no Study Hall but lunch begins that day at 10:45am. Lunch Friday will be a grab and go sack lunch. Students can leave, if they wish, when lunch begins each final exam day (Dec 17-20). If you do not want your student to leave, please communicate your expectations to them before final exams begin. If a student leaves campus during the optional lunch/study hall time, they will not be allowed to re-enter the building and must remain off campus until dismissal.
Buses will run promptly at 2:50pm Tuesday(Dec 17th) through Thursday(Dec 19th) and at 11:00am on Friday December 20th. If they are not on the bus at the time listed above, they will miss it and must make alternate arrangements.
