This sizzling competition brought together some of the Valley's top restaurants to compete for the title of Best Burger, judged by both a panel of experts and local burger enthusiasts.
But it wasn’t just about burgers! TVUSD CTE culinary arts students had a unique opportunity to participate in the Best Loaded Fries contest. Students collaborated with Pechanga chefs to design their loaded fries creation, from concept to delicious final product.
All proceeds from the event benefit TVUSD's CTE Culinary Arts program, helping to equip students with real-world skills and industry knowledge for their future careers. Dive into the action and witness the passion, creativity, and teamwork that makes this event a true community favorite!
CTE Culinary Arts Students Tour State-of-the-Art Kitchens & Collaborate on Loaded Fries Recipes
Before the battle began, nearly 70 high school students aspiring to careers in hospitality and culinary arts were given a unique opportunity that could shape their future. On a special field trip to Pechanga Resort Casino, they toured the state-of-the-art kitchens and collaborated with professional chefs to create their own "loaded fries" recipes. In this video, created by Pechanga Resort Casino, hear from one of the students as they share their passion and dreams for a future in the culinary industry.
