Happy Holidays Eagles!!

What a wonderful Friday and a fantastic week at Clyde Erwin!! The students have been awesome this week, and we have had a blast. Qualifying students participated in our PBIS celebration today watching a movie and enjoying popcorn. Our Positive Behavior Program is a HUGE success, and as usual, the overwhelming majority of students participated in the celebration. Completing work, following directions, and showing respect and responsibility really does pay off at CEEMS! We want to give a huge shout out to Mr. Sanfilippo and our PBIS Committee for their diligence and planning such a fun celebration! A lot of work goes into our monthly celebrations, and we are so thankful for you.

Our second grade students were very successful in their planning and selling of ornaments to benefit our Ms. Corie and her family during her battle with cancer. Their commercials were a huge hit, and they quickly sold out of ornaments. Thank you to students, parents, and community members for your support of our second grade team and Ms. Corie.

Our Winter Wonderland Dance will be held on Friday, January 17, 5:30-7:30pm. Tickets will be pre-sale only, and the tickets will be available Monday, January 6 - Wednesday, January 15. Tickets are $5.00 each, and at least one adult must attend with students. Appetizers will be included, and photographs will be available for purchase.

We hope everyone has a wonderful holiday break, and we look forward to seeing everyone back on Friday, January 3, 2020.

Box Tops

Thank you to all who donated Box Tops! We will be collecting until the beginning of May. Please continue to collect Box Tops and turn them in by April. Box Tops provide extra funding for our school.

Make-up Days

We have one additional make-up day due to time missed during Hurricane Dorian. Students will also attend school on Friday, January 3, 2020, which was a teacher workday and is now a student day. Please make adjustments to your calendars.

We review our behavior expectations with students regularly so they can show school pride at CEES and earn Class DoJo points.
