Trip
Itinerary & General Info
Trip Corner
Our Trip Itinerary for students is mostly complete! Of course, our contest times are unknown so there are still a few things that will continue to fill in. Thank you for your flexibility. It is important to note that traveling with a large group is much different than a small group/individual. The itinerary provided is for students/chaperones. There is an app for travelers, when it is ready, we will help everyone download it during rehearsal.
Chaperones:
Caitlin O'Neill
Sophie Leskis
Matt Russell
Rebecca Parks

This will be Mr. Russell's LAST trip as an educator. Let's help him end his career on a high note!!!! We are so excited for this trip!!!
As a reminder, this is a school trip. If students need water, snacks, etc, please defer them to the chaperones. The team will be in great hands! Parents, friends, family, alumni, etc cannot be in dressing rooms, hotel rooms, etc.
Rest of the Year
As we enter the spring, things get very busy and can become an emotional time of year as we prepare for our final "lasts" with the seniors. It can become a lot to balance everything, if you come across concerns or issues that are causing you stress, please let us know so we can help! Keeping an open line of communication is imperative for a smooth end of the year! We are looking forward to a very special trip, Showcase, banquet, and prepping for next year! Let's make the last few months a positive experience!
Opener, Finale, and the main ensembles/contest routines will be rehearsed during AM rehearsal times. Misc. ensembles such as Elite, Social, Guy Dance, etc will involve after school/8th period rehearsals. If you do not have the ability to be flexible and need to know these dates right now, let us know and we don't have to have you in these ensembles--they are not mandatory! These smaller ensembles are meant to be fun, not stressful! We are still sorting through a few additional details before communicating exactly what days we are rehearsing each misc. ensemble. Again, if you are not in a season for flexibility for 8th period/after school just let us know!
There is no room for flexibility during our "intensive show prep" weeks. We do not have our load in date confirmed yet to determine exactly what the few weeks leading up to show will look like--which is why those weeks are still holding in a general calendar block. We are having the pre-show meeting this week and will be able to begin filling in details from there. We will have more firm rehearsal times when we get back from spring break. We are so excited to almost be in full Show mode!!!
