Please be expecting an elective course sheet coming home with your student on Tuesday, February 4th. Please have a conversation with your student regarding what elective courses they would possibly like to take next year. This will help your student know what to enter as their course requests.

Project Homeless Connect
13 students from WMS volunteered to help at Project Homeless Connect, an event hosted by the United Way of Mat-Su. The event consists of vendors from around the valley that provide services and supplies to the homeless community, including food, clothing, employment resources, health screenings, feminine products, haircuts, and blankets. Students spent time escorting clients to specific booths, carried heavy loads for clients, answering questions, and any other assistance that either the clients or vendors needed. Additionally, the students took their time to bring back clothing and medical supplies that can benefit their classmates here at WMS. We are extremely proud of their willingness to help others in need.
