Thanks for reading our Monthly Monarch Band Newsletter! The goal of this newsletter is to provide highlights from the previous month, communicate more about what is happening in our classroom, and provide reminders for upcoming performances on the schedule. We appreciate everything you do to support the kids in their journey with the Monarch Band!

Congratulations to all students who auditioned for SWIBA Honor Band on Saturday, November 2nd! We are very proud of all the students who went through the audition process - it was probably one of the hardest things our students do the entire school year!

Band Bills were handed out to students in the last couple weeks. Check with them to see if they owe any money for emergency reeds, flipfolders, etc!

• Spending time with his wife and puppy
• Watching his favorite sports teams play (Iowa State Cyclones, Atlanta Braves, Minnesota Vikings)
• Hanging out on the golf course
• Playing video games & board games

• Graduated from University of South Dakota in 2007
• Hobbies include:
• Spending time with his wife and two sons
• Coaching Little League Baseball during the summer
• Playing the saxophone at different performance gigs
• Watching his favorite sports teams play (Chicago Bears, Iowa Hawkeyes, Chicago Cubs)
