Insurance Changes - Effective 7/1/2020
- If you did not receive a medical or dental ID card you can request one through your user portal at www.myuhc.com and https://www.deltadentalia.com/
- VSP does not issue member ID cards, but you can print off off through your user portal at http://www.vsp.com
At this time insurance changes cannot be made without a qualifying event:
- Marriage
- Death
- Divorce
- Loss of other coverage
- New baby
Prescription Drug List (PDL) Update - Effective 9/1/2020
UnitedHealthcare is updating their Prescription Drug List (PDL) on September 1, 2020. Below you will find links to the new PDL and a summary of the updates for your review. You will receive a letter from UnitedHealthcare if your medication is changing tiers or coverage. If your medication is changing to a higher tier, you may want to discuss options with your doctor.
