CARES Act FFCRA: Application

Open Enrollment Insurance Changes went into effect July 1.

• If you did not receive a medical or dental ID card you can request one through your user portal at www.myuhc.com and https://www.deltadentalia.com/
• VSP does not issue member ID cards, but you can print off off through your user portal at http://www.vsp.com

At this time insurance changes cannot be made without a qualifying event:

• Marriage
• Death
• Divorce
• Loss of other coverage
• New baby

UnitedHealthcare is updating their Prescription Drug List (PDL) on September 1, 2020. Below you will find links to the new PDL and a summary of the updates for your review. You will receive a letter from UnitedHealthcare if your medication is changing tiers or coverage. If your medication is changing to a higher tier, you may want to discuss options with your doctor.

Your EAP assistance is confidential and conforms to HIPAA regulations. No names are identified or reported to anyone without your written authorization except in the following situations: by court order, imminent threat of harm to self or others, or situations of abuse (such as child or elder abuse).

If you only receive pay through the summer and elect benefits, insurance adjustment letters were mailed to notify you of any rate adjustments. Please contact Kysa Hagemann if you have any questions.
