Superintendent Community Update

Superintendent's Message
Dear JUHSD Community,
As we kick off Staff Appreciation Week, I liked to extend my gratitude to all of our incredible employees. Every staff member plays a vital part in supporting our students and building a strong, caring school community. This week is dedicated to celebrating each and every one of you and the meaningful impact you make every day. Thank you for your dedication, passion, and unwavering service to our district.
Each year we recognize the contributions of our outstanding school employees. Please take a moment to view the 2024/25 Employee of the Year video celebrating the Martha Meade Certificated Educator of the Year, the Sue Cook Classified Employee of the Year, and the Mike Crilly Administrator of the Year. Please tune into the Board Meeting on May 13, 2025 to see these individuals celebrated!
Each honoree has demonstrated exceptional service, through inspiring instruction in the classroom, creating safe and welcoming environments, providing critical support behind the scenes, or ensuring that every student feels seen, heard, and valued.
Please join me in celebrating and thanking these incredible members of Jefferson Union High School District. Their impact inspires us all, and we are truly grateful for their contributions to our schools and community.
Warm Regards,
Toni Presta
JUHSD Superintendent
