Enrolling through PowerSchool

Your application to Peak Prep Pleasant Valley has been approved! We appreciate that we are your school of choice! As a Peak Prep Polar Bear, we value you as an individual and take pride in serving you and your family. We strive to not only give you the best academic experience but provide a platform where you can be yourself. Welcome to the family. We are honored to have you!

In order to complete the enrollment process you must complete these four steps:

Click here to log in with the username and temporary password that were emailed to you or visit: http://peak.powerschool.com/public

You will be prompted to change your password and asked to confirm it via email. I will not have access to your new password.

1. In PowerSchool, click on the "Forms" tab on the left-hand side of the screen.

2. Fill out all of the enrollment forms.

You will be asked to upload the following documents:

• Proof of Age
• Proof of Guardianship (if parent name is not on the birth certificate)
• Proof of Residency
• Immunization record or Waiver
• Transcripts (high school students only)
• 504 or IEP plans (is applicable).

We can upload these for you if you would like to email/text copies.

After everything in PowerSchool has been submitted and approved, we will send you a Master Agreement via DocHub.

Once BOTH the student and guardian have signed the Master Agreement, we will welcome you to our school.
