Office Message
Important Notice: Lunch Packing and Snack Policy
Cher Parents/Guardians,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a recent observation we've made regarding the increase in students visiting the office for extra snacks during school hours. While we are fortunate to have the support of our parent council group in providing apples and additional snacks for our students, we have noticed a growing need for more substantial lunches brought from home.
We kindly request that you ensure your child's lunch is sufficiently packed each day to minimize the necessity for extra snacks at the office. Moreover, we encourage you to involve your child in the packing process. This not only fosters a sense of responsibility but also provides them with an opportunity to understand the value of food and nutrition.
Additionally, please remember to include any necessary cutlery with your child's packed lunch, as our office stock is limited.
Furthermore, if you are able, donations of snacks or cutlery would be warmly welcomed to help supplement our current resources.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Best regards,
M Morin
