But I thought all lunches are free during the pandemic. Is that true?
Right now, our school is receiving federal grant funds to provide lunches for all students. However, this grant is not set to last through the school year. October 1 is still the deadline to be on the free/reduced program and continue to receive free/reduced lunches after the grant money runs out.

Not only can you save lunch money, but you can save on test fees that can help you earn college admission, college credit, or college scholarships. Students who are on the free/reduced lunch program get fee waivers for tests like the ACT, PSAT, SAT, and AP tests.
