NATIONAL ARTS IN EDUCATION WEEK: SEPTEMBER 8-14
As we celebrate National Arts in Education Week from September 9-13, it's a perfect time to highlight how art enriches our students' lives and learning experiences. At Celina ISD, we're proud to offer a range of art opportunities that help nurture creativity, critical thinking, and self-expression.
From visual arts and music to dance and theater, our programs are designed to inspire and engage students, fostering skills that extend far beyond the classroom. These opportunities not only enhance academic performance but also build confidence and resilience.
Join us in celebrating the vital role of arts education and the ways Celina ISD is committed to supporting our students through these enriching experiences.
NEW ONLINE SAFETY TOOL
Celina ISD is excited to introduce Deledao, a new online safety tool designed to help protect your children while they explore the internet. Deledao uses advanced artificial intelligence to analyze text, images, and videos in real time, ensuring your kids stay safe on websites like YouTube and Facebook. It's a powerful tool that goes beyond traditional filters.
For parents of students in grades 6 and up, you have access to the Deledao parent portal where you can view your child's home web activity and configure additional at-home policy settings. To learn how to use Deledao, please watch the video below.
Together, we can create a safer online environment for our students.

CHARACTER WORD OF THE MONTH
Middle School and High School Student ID Badges
State Bill 279 requires public school student ID cards for students in grade six and above to include important contact information for the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline and the Crisis Text Line. This initiative aims to provide students with immediate access to support resources during challenging times. Here is a picture of what will be printed on the back of student ID cards.
