We are pleased to announce that Blue River Valley Schools has reached a tentative agreement with the Classroom Teachers Association (CTA). This agreement reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting our educators and acknowledges the essential role they play in our students’ lives.

While we know our teachers deserve even more, we are grateful to make this positive step forward and to continue working towards our long-term goals for fair and competitive compensation.

The Blue River Valley Schools Board of Education is hosting a special meeting focused on hearing public feedback on the proposed teacher contract. This meeting is an opportunity for community members to learn more about the negotiation process, share their thoughts, and ask questions about the proposed agreement. Please be advised that the board will not take final action on the tentative contract agreement during the upcoming November 6th meeting. We are hoping to finalize the contract during the regular November board meeting on November 11th.
