We have adjusted the lunch orders which now include larger Subway options and different sides for A&W. Please remember that orders are due by noon on the Sunday prior to the scheduled delivery.

Grade 9 Edmonton Trip
Our Grade 9 students had their Edmonton overnight trip and some great times were had! Thanks again to Ms. MacLeod and Mr. Holloway for giving our students this opportunity. We also want to thank all the chaperones that went and helped!
A huge thank you also goes out to the Lions Club and our community for all the support of the Bingo Fundraiser as well as the bottle drive! Without this support our trip may also not have been as successful!

May 6 - Heavy Equipment Technician Presentation in Mrs. McAdam's room during CHAT
We are lucky enough to have a Heavy Equipment Technician come and present to any interested grade 10-12 students!
May 15 - Olds College Discovery Days all day field trip
Interested grade 10 and 11 students will be joining me on a trip to Olds College to discover the campus and all it has to offer for programs, etc.
May 22 - Arctic Flight Nurse Presentation in Mr Holloway's room during CHAT
We will be having a Registered Nurse come speak to interested grade 10-12 students to explain her career as an Arctic Flight Nurse!

The Headstrong group will be selling a hotdog lunch on May 14th for $2.00/hot dog! Sales will be added to School Cash for pre purchasing.
RCMP Presentation
Mock Impaired Collision
On June 6th, 2024, Vulcan RCMP and Vulcan County Fire are running a mock impaired collision at the Cultural Recreation Center (CRC). This presentation is to show the complete workings of a collision scene with injuries for first responders. The presentation will start with a briefing in the CRC, then proceed outside to a live action demonstration. Students will be watching Fire, EMS, RCMP, Vulcan County Peace Officers and RCMP collision Analysts conduct the scene from being to end. Once the Collision scene as concluded, Students will go back into the CRC to be debriefed by Fire and RCMP with a presentation by MADD.
