Freshman Banana Split LTA
Attention Freshman: It’s great to be a freshman. Link Crew is treating 150 freshmen to a free banana split Friday at lunch. Bring your school ID for scanning and an appetite Class of 2028.
Work Permits
Attention all students that plan on working this year. Please submit a completed work permit request form to Mr. Coville ASAP, or email him at trevor.coville@lmusd.org. Anybody that needs their current permit extended can stop by Room 510, or email Mr. Coville as well.

~Counselor's Corner~
Schedules: Please remember that there will be NO SCHEDULE CHANGES until the spring semester. Requests for a schedule change based on teacher preference or difficulty of the class will not be granted. Counselors are always available to help students problem solve and develop a plan to be successful in all classes.
Calling all student tutors! If you are interested in being on our tutor list, please fill out this FORM so we can get you on our list. Remember that you can get paid to tutor or you can earn community service hours.
Seniors and Senior Parents: Please SAVE THE DATE for our Senior College Application Night! Please join us on Monday, October 7th in the MPR for helpful information on all college application platforms, a question and answer session, as well as help working on college applications.
Juniors and Junior Parents: AGHS will be offering the PSAT/NMSQT test to our JUNIOR students on Monday, October 21st. This test is a way for juniors to practice for the SAT and also to qualify for the National Merit Scholarship Program and other scholarship opportunities. Doing well on this test can earn juniors recognition they can put on their college applications next fall.
If you would like to take advantage of this opportunity, AGHS juniors will need to fill out THIS FORM. The registration window will be open from
TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 3RD through FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 13TH at 3:00PM.
After completing the form, please make a payment to our Student Business Office or click HERE to go to our AGHS Webstore and make a payment. The fee for the test is $25.00. If you are eligible for free and reduced lunch, you may be eligible for a fee waiver. Please indicate so on the form when you fill it out.

~Attendance~
Make Sure to Clear your Absences
Clear Absences by 4pm Tuesday, 9/10/24. Please make sure that the Attendance Office is informed of the reason for any still unverified absences for 8/15/24 - 09/06/24. After that date, we will not be able to make any changes.
College & Military Visits
Seniors and Juniors planning a college/military visit should stop by the Attendance Office to pick up an Excused Absence Request form ahead of their visit. If approved, up to two days may be excused. Visits that will last longer than two days would require a Short Term Independent Study Contract to excuse the absence.
