Park Hall families,
On Wednesday at 9:15, we will hold our annual lockdown/secure campus drill. This drill is a practice drill. At the start of the drill, I will announce that Park Hall is to SECURE the campus. All students and staff will proceed to a locked area and administration will walk the building to ensure that the building is secure. Once verified, I will announce that the building is clear and staff and students are free to resume normal activities. Please feel free to talk to your children about this drill.
Our fifth graders will begin taking the Maryland Integrated Science Assessment (MISA) this week. Please be sure that your 5th graders arrive on time and are well rested. We appreciate the support!

Community School Information
Park Hall Elementary has also been identified as a community school. A community school is a public school that establishes strategic partnerships between the school and other community resources. These partnerships promote student achievement, positive learning, and seek to promote the well-being of students, families, and the community by providing services. Community schools address the whole child, with a comprehensive focus on academics, social and emotional well-being, and developmental needs.
This year we will be conducting a needs assessment, to identify what our students, families, and community needs. If you would like more information on how to get involved, or would like to receive services please contact:
