Jesus is the Good Shepherd who laid down His life for us. He promises to lead, guide, and protect us.

In today's Bible lesson, Jesus tells us that He is our Good Shepherd. Why do you think He said that?

Heavenly Father, thank You for loving us and taking care of us. Help us to listen and learn about how You sent Jesus to be our Good Shepherd. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

Dear Jesus, thank You for loving us. Thank You for all the ways You care for

us, especially for dying on the cross for us and rising again. We are glad You

are our Good Shepherd and we are Your sheep. Amen.
