A Week in Photos!
A group of our 5th grade students attended the volleyball CHSAA State Volleyball Tournament this past weekend and had the opportunity to meet athletes from across the state. Thank you to Mr. Knight for providing our students with this opportunity!
Fourth grade students in Ms. Horner & Mrs; Urquidi's class visited the Innovation Center this week. Students problem-solved, worked collaboratively, and had so much fun exploring and design thinking!
Fifth grade students are celebrated for demonstrating ASPIRE behaviors this week - well done students!
Canned Food Drive
Our annual Canned Food Drive will kick off on Monday, December 2nd! The drive will be benefiting the OUR Center, here in Longmont. Our goal is to collect non-perishable food items, hygiene items, and toiletries to help stock their community market. If you would like to donate any items, please have your student bring them to school starting Monday, December 2nd. See the list of items needed below:
Thanksgiving Reading Challenge
We are excited to share that our students will once again have a Reading Challenge over Thanksgiving Break!
Students can read books on either MyOn or Sora, two of our online library systems, and have their minutes tracked. Schools with the most minutes read earn a prize that goes towards school needs.

Middle of the Year Testing
After Thanksgiving Break, we will be starting our Middle-of-the-Year assessments with students. These assessments are important in helping us see each student's progress as well as set goals for the next months.
If your student will be out due to travel during the month of December, please let the classroom teacher and the front office know in advance so that we can schedule make-up testing sessions for your student.
