Building an EV Car in Art
The 7th grade students are working on building models to represent electrical vehicles in art class using cardboard engineering skills. Their EV cars will be "driven" by the students in grades K-2. Students have developed their own designs. To ensure the space is adequate for their intended passengers, the student teams invited a guest to try out the prototype. The art project is part of a project based learning unit working in conjunction with their content area classes on a project with TVA. Watch for more details about our connection to TVA and their EV Charging Station plans!
