Whether they’re greeting you at the front desk or answering your calls, they help keep Fitz running smoothly every single day. A big thank you to everyone in our Main Office and Student Services Office — we appreciate you!

Field Trip Spotlight: Jerome Park's Community Garden
On Friday, April 18th, Ms. Morales’ and Ms. Chin’s classes had the opportunity to visit Jerome Park’s Community Garden in Santa Ana. During this enriching field trip, students explored the importance of community gardens—shared spaces where community members can grow fruits, vegetables, and herbs for everyone to enjoy.
During the visit, students participated in a variety of engaging activities:
- Journaling reflections about nature, food systems, and their personal connection to plants
- A scavenger hunt that challenged them to find different types of fruits, vegetables, herbs, and pollinators throughout the garden
- A guided exploration of the garden’s plant life, where they learned about the importance of seasonal crops, composting, and sustainable practices
Thank you to Ms. Morales and Ms. Chin for leading this learning opportunity!
