• Pay your classroom dues
• Make a PTA membership donation*
• Get set up in the school directory

You will also have the opportunity to put your child’s grade, teacher (when known) and shirt size.

Meet your Teacher in your classroom. If possible, we suggest the following visit times based on your student’s last name:

• A-L from 3:00 - 3:30 PM
• M-Z from 3:30 – 4:00 PM

• Tuesday, September 3rd from 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM in the Pierce Commons (post-drop off)
• Casual meet & greet for parents to kick-off the school year
• Sign up for the opportunity to be a room parent (last chance!), reunite with old & new friends to start the school year off right!

• Wednesday, October 2, 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM in the Computer Lab (parents need to check in at the front office before heading to the meeting for a name tag - drivers license/ID is required)
• PTA Meetings are held the first Wednesday of each month
• ALL parents are welcome to attend any PTA meeting. Younger siblings are welcome, and parents are welcome to show up after 9AM if preschool drop-offs or other schedule needs make it hard to be there right at 9AM. We would love to have you!

• Friday, September 13 (the Panther Press had the incorrect date)

• All Ages: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

• Bounce houses, face painting, games, magician, and food trucks
• Open to all Pierce families & the greater Birmingham community
• Sign up to volunteer to help make this event the best one yet!
• Purchase tickets today on MTK.

• Tickets for kids ages 3+ are available on MTK through Sept 11 for $15 each. Adults + kids under 3 are free!

• Pre-purchase special treats…these treats can sell out!

• After Sept 11, tickets are $20 and only sold in person at the carnival – save time & money by purchasing today!
