• AYA Youth Collective has a new Outreach Contact, Ja'Quari Bass-Moore (jbass@ayayouth.org) - he can come to your school, you can connect youth with him, and AYA will soon be extending their after school drop in hours for easier access to services
• The Hispanic Center of West Michigan has new educational services for students and families, contact Tim Marroquín (tmarroquin@hispanic-center.org), to connect students and families
• The Hispanic Center is also assisting newly arrived immigrant families, many of whom were initially in New York, Chicago, or Detroit - contact Alejandra Meza, ameza@hispanic-center.org, for assistance

"Equity Essentials: Navigating Student Needs Beyond the Classroom", a transformative professional development series designed to empower educators with the knowledge and skills necessary to address the diverse needs of their students outside of traditional academic settings. In this dynamic program, teachers will explore the complexities of poverty, food justice, healthcare, and housing stability, gaining a deep understanding of how these factors impact student learning and well-being.
