Library Den
Hello I’m Mary Greil and I am the Chief Charlo Teacher Librarian. I have been a school librarian for the last 18 years and enjoy working with students in the library environment. I feel the most important thing you can do for your child is to spend time with them. This includes reading books together!! We are very fortunate at Chief Charlo Elementary School to have such a beautiful and large library space. I look forward to the students engaging with the technology and books available at our library. I love sharing stories and want to foster a love of reading into all the students here at Chief Charlo.
Please take a minute and look at the CC Library Page with links to books, activities, and games in a kid friendly format. Please feel free to reach out to me with any library or book questions.
See you soon at the library!!!

~ Lost and Found ~
As you can see, our Lost and Found is taking over our rails!! Please come in and gather what your student has forgotten to bring home. SO MANY jackets and hoodies are being left on the playgrounds after recesses, especially on the upper playground for higher grades. Putting names in/on items helps them find their owners quickly from our end.
** Any items left on November 10th will be donated to Missoula children in need **

Families in Transition (FIT) Program
The Families in Transition (FIT) Program is here to assist Chief Charlo students and families experiencing housing instability (McKinney-Vento Act) and/or economic hardship. FIT works as a bridge between those families, our school and the district staff to empower students to stay in school and remain successful both in school and as lifelong learners. FIT also provides families access to community resources and services.
FIT is here to support your family, because we care about all of our Wolves - BIG and small!!
