Pride in Self, Pride in Community, Pride in Learning
What a great first week!
In last week's letter, I tried to give some specific kudos to all of the people who make this place run, but I left one out: We couldn't make it through a day without our school nurse, Mrs. Polly. My apologies for not mentioning the person who takes care of us when we aren't feeling our best!
Thank you to all of our caregivers who get these students up, out the door, and make sure they have what they need when they show up here--we appreciate you. Please come see us if there is something you need from us or an issue we need to address about your student.
I also appreciate your patience as we try to get our bus routes running on a regular schedule. Our drivers are still trying to work out the timing of routes as we try to figure out who's riding in the mornings. We should be on a regular schedule next week. Please communicate with your bus driver if your student is the only pickup on a road and won't be riding on a specific morning.
We appreciate our community and all the support we receive from everyone. Thank you!

Here is the link to that course, and here is the link to the DESE web page that gives you more information about what you need to do to get a substitute certification. Our daily rate for subs for the 2024-25 school year will be $100/day!
