- Congratulations to the BV Band & Color Guard who not only took home 3rd place Overall, but they also received their highest score of the season at the WBA NorCal Regional Championships over the weekend! Great job everyone!
- BV’s Winter Ball “An Evening in the Alps” is on Sat., December 7 from 8-10pm at BV.
- Winter Ball Guest Pass Applications for non-BV students now available in the office.
- Completed applications are DUE Tuesday, December 3, NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Dance Ticket sales have begun online at GoFan.co - Tickets $10 w/SB card & $15 without. Last day to purchase dance tickets -Thursday, December 5. *Please pay attention to Deadlines because school will be out all next week for Thanksgiving Break.
- Girls Soccer Parent Information Meeting is TONIGHT at 7pm in the Atrium.
- Reminder: Student Voice Forum will be meeting TOMORROW during 2nd period in the Atrium. Students who’ve signed up will receive a pass to attend.
- Join BV’s teacher Cultural Focus Group this Wednesday to help honor Native American Heritage month. Stop by the Quad at Lunch (Small Gym Annex if rain) to show your support and learn how to make a dream catcher.
- Continue to support NO VAPE NOVEMBER! Challenge a friend or yourself to not vape the entire month of November! Look for signs in halls & scan the QR code to access resources to Quit.

Athletic Highlights
Cross Country Boys and Girls competed at the Sac-Joaquin Section Championships at the Willow Hills Course in Folsom. See Results Below:
- Varsity Boys - 8th Place; Calvin Fear finished 19th
- Varsity Girls - 6th Place; Zoe Corder finished 10th
- JV Boys - 7th Place; Edgar Tellez finished 48th
- JV Girls - 3rd Place; Marianne Bestenheide finished 24th
- Sophomore Boys - No placement; Braden Nevin finished 13th, Brody Colquhoun 15th, Owen Suzuki 16th
- Frosh/Soph Girls - No placement; Darbin Emanavin finished 30th
- Frosh Boys - No placement; Connor Hooper finished 6th
BASKETBALL
Boys Basketball at Casa Roble for Scrimmages. Varsity and JV both won all 3 of their games, Freshmen lost two close games and tied the 3rd one.
Girls Basketball hosted Scrimmages at BV. Varsity won 1 and lost 2 but the girls gave 100% effort and we will continue to improve; JV won all 3 of their games and looked amazing. The Frosh/Soph girls were playing JV level teams and got some great experience.
