- GHS students have their art on display in downtown Gaylord. (See Picture below)
- Our auto program completed the National Automotive Technicians Education Foundation (NATEF) accreditation process. This ensures that our program meets the established industry standard and provides some of our students with professional success in the auto repair and service industry .

Now that winter is here, we just wanted to share some friendly safety reminders...
- Drive slower in the parking lot due to slipperier conditions.
- Due to poorer road conditions, please leave earlier to ensure that students can arrive at school on time and safely.
- Make sure to yield for our school buses when they have their flashers on.
OK2SAY Program
Safety and Security is top priority for Gaylord Community Schools and we wanted to provide a link for the state wide OK2SAY program. OK2SAY is the student safety program which allows students to confidentially report tips on potential harm or criminal activities directed at students, school employees, and schools. It uses a comprehensive communication system to facilitate tip sharing among students, parents, school personnel, community mental health service programs, and law enforcement officials about harmful behaviors that threaten to disrupt the learning environment.
