Quarter 2 Grades
Grades for GCPS Semester 1/Quarter 2 Final Exams, and EOC Assessments will be finalized in January upon return from Winter Break. When scores for the EOC assessments are available, teachers will enter them, and the grades will be visible in ParentVUE and StudentVUE. Final transcripts will be available in StudentVUE Monday, Jan 13th. You may need to toggle your Parent Portal Gradebook to see your student's Q2 grades.
Quarter 3
Quarter 3/Semester 2 will begin on Monday, January 6th when we return from Winter Break.
Student schedules will be released the evening of Friday, January 3rd. Unfortunately, we do not have the capacity to make changes for spring courses as we do not have open seats in most of our elective courses.
If there is an error in your student's schedule, please contact your student's counselors with your student's name, student number, and the course that is creating the error.
The following reasons are considered errors:
- A student is in a class that they have already passed.
- A student is in a class with the same teacher and the same course that they have previously failed.
- A student has not met the prerequisites for the elective course.
