CTE News
We are excited that Cedar Grove Middle School attended the Be Pro Be Proud simulation on November 12, 2024 at The COAST. The Be Pro Be Proud team brings a state of the art trailer filled with various career related simulations that allow students to experience everything from truck driving and heavy equipment operation, to computer programing and drafting. Be Pro Be Proud is highly sought after by districts and are typically scheduled out a year in advance, which makes this a rare and amazing opportunity.
So Thankful CGMS had this amazing experience for our CTE students.
Free Online Tutoring - Edvantage Tutoring
We are able to offer free online tutoring support for 6-8 students with Edvantage this year. Once on the Edvantage Tutoring website, students should simply click their district and/or school name. Students will find an expandable section that guides them along as they create/update an account, and then enter the tutoring platform. There are several other "how-to" resources and short videos provided as well.
