Thank you to SKDS Home & School Beaver Dam, WI, for purchasing new lab tables for the
8th-grade room! Home & School purchased several new desks for a few of our classrooms, which arrived earlier this year. Our lab tables were on backorder, but now they are here! They were worth the wait!

Please join us at the BDHS Fieldhouse where our SKDS Band will perform with the other bands in the BD School District! It is a wonderful opportunity to experience great music!

Please join us in kicking-off Catholic Schools Week at the 4:30 p.m. Mass on Saturday, January 25, which is followed by a Taco/Chili Supper in the school cafeteria!

School Families, please join us at this year's Glitz event. I am coordinating tables of 8 for those who would like to attend but may be short a few seats to register for an entire table of 8. The cost of each seat is $35 when an entire table is secured. Please reach out to me at saraotto26@yahoo.com or 586-876-1637 if you are interested.

Here are a few additional details regarding the evening.

The event will occur at the Beaver Dam Country Club. The evening starts with a cocktail hour at 4:30 p.m. Dinner starts at 6:00 p.m. and includes a station buffet dinner. The evening is full of entertaining raffles, silent and live auctions. This year, we will sell pull tabs, hold a 50/50 raffle, and have a principal office (jail and bail fundraiser concept). For those who may have children at home or with a sitter, the auction events usually wrap up by 9:30 p.m. We will also award the class an ice cream party with the most representation (parents, other family members, or friends).

If you don't want to come for dinner, you can pay $10 at the door to join us for the auction events. Plenty of room available.

Anything goes for attire. You can dress formally or wear jeans. Please come as you are!

• SCRIP will be sold on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. in the SCRIP Office.

• SCRIP will be sold after the 8:20 a.m. Mass on Fridays.

• SCRIP will be sold after the 4:30 p.m. Mass on Saturdays and the 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. Mass on Sundays.

Before School Program hours are 6:45 - 7:45 a.m.

After School Program hours are 3:15 - 6:00 p.m. The Before and After School Program is available on FULL school days.
