"Hey, good lookin'-what ya got cookin'?" Cook the Book on March 3 will be preparing and sharing recipes from Dolly Parton's new cookbook "Good Lookin' Cooking, A Year of Meals." This cookbook presents the recipes by month and celebration. March's recipes include Shamrock Sauerkraut balls, Corned Beef Brisket with Carrots, Cabbage and Potatoes, Cast-Iron Cornbread Sticks, and Irish Dream Cake. So many great recipes! Book Club for Foodies
Introducing a new book discussion group to Gutekunst Public Library. Book club for Foodies. Every other month starting February 24, 2025 at 7pm, we will read and discuss a book about food or foodie people. Our first selection will be "A History of the World in 6 Glasses" by Tom Standage. Copies are available now at the library.
