The next General Booster Meeting is February 15 at 7:00 PM in the band hall. Everyone is welcome!
11th Annual Spring Gala & Silent Auction
This annual event is sure to please & open to all. Come & enjoy a fun-filled evening of dinner & dancing to the jazz stylings of both of the Rockwall High School Jazz Bands. All proceeds from ticket sales & auction items goes to support the Orange Wave Band students & directors as they compete at the highest of levels.
All students MUST have a ticket for entry. Only exception will be for the Jazz Band participants. Tickets are on sale now! They are $40 each or $350 for a table of 10. Follow the QR code (linked) to buy tickets, bid on items, or make a general donation. The auction goes live February 16.
How you can be involved:
Each section has chosen a (director-approved) theme & donate items for the basket. These will be auctioned off at the Gala, & there is a prize for the section that generates the most money! Anyone is welcome to make donations for items/services to be auctioned off. If you know of an individual or business that would like to make a donation, please contact Lena Chasteen at 469-925-4552. Previous donations have included a Yeti cooler, XBox with games, themed gift baskets, & even a car!

Student & Parent Set Up & Decorating Helpers
We need assistance setting up & decorating at Boyd Farm in Lavon for our 11th Annual Spring Gala & Silent Auction. We have the space beginning at noon on Friday, February 23, and need all hands on deck. We are in need of parent assistance as well as student assistance. We will also need help during the event & immediately after. Thank you in advance!

Keep your kids smelling fresh and clean for performances by taking concert attire to the dry cleaner as needed.
Some students Tux shirts didn't fit well as they have grown - purchase a new one if necessary! Here's one from Amazon that could work.
