OPTICS OPPORTUNITY: Students Featured this Week
Mr. Hunter planned an organized an AMAZING opportunity for students to attend OptiFab at the Rochester Riverside Convention Center. Students engaged in problem solving, hands-on experiments, and a scavenger hunt!
Students learned about Optics in physics as a very important field. Students shared how important optics is because it sheds light on the behavior and properties of light. Students learned understandings of how light is propagated, generated, and detected. Titans became scientists and heard from experts to discover a broad range of applications. Our Titans learned how optics is connected and found in photography, medicine, communication, and so much more.
