Class of 2025, mark your calendars!
Appointments are now available for the July 8-11 senior portrait session at Smithfield High School. The link to schedule a session at school is at www.prestigeportraits.com/bookappointment. Begin by selecting your school under School Photography. This year seniors will be able to sign up for either a Deluxe Session, which includes casual poses, or a Basic Yearbook Session. All scheduling and payments should be made through the website.
All members of the Class of 2025 should plan to take senior tux and drape portraits -- even if you're not interested in purchasing them -- as they will be used in the yearbook. Appointments will open later this summer for a second session Aug. 26-27.
NHS Hannah Goetz Scholarship Fund
The National Honor Society scholarship fund in memory of SHS student Hannah Goetz is open for donations. The scholarship will recognize a Smithfield High School senior who has overcome adversity in pursuit of excellence. Hannah heroically battled cystic fibrosis throughout much of her 21 years of her life. Hannah epitomized grace and dignity and fought every day to live life to the fullest. She inspired friends, family, classmates, teachers, and the community with her warrior spirit, her vivacious personality, and devotion to her faith. We would like to honor her battle and inspire others to persevere despite the odds and obstacles. Click here to make a donation to the fund: NHS Hannah Goetz Scholarship Fund

Program Description:
The IWCS summer school program will provide students with the opportunity to take a new course during the summer for high school credit. This will open-up their schedule during the school year and give them more flexibility to take advanced classes (AP, Dual Enrollment), add additional electives or participate in regional programs (Governor’s School). The tuition-based program will be delivered in an online format and will be facilitated by an IWCS teacher. Students must have access to the internet outside of school.
